Refund Policy – Innoviva Home

Simple & Transparent Refund Process

At Innoviva Home (www.innovivahome.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.

 

When Are Refunds Applicable?

We offer refunds only if:

  • The product was received in a broken or damaged condition

  • A proper unboxing video is provided as proof

  • The return/exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Our team has reviewed and approved the return request

No refund will be initiated without a valid unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the parcel.

 

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will notify you via email or phone.

  2. You may be asked to ship the product back (if required).

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate your refund.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request your bank details to initiate the refund.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • Product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original packaging

  • Customer no longer wants the item or ordered it by mistake

  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider or bank—it may take time before a refund is officially posted
