To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our Return & Exchange Policy below.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or broken products received at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be physically damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

  • You must share a complete unboxing video (from start to end) clearly showing the damage.

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Unboxing Video Requirement

For quality and fraud-prevention reasons, we require customers to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened. This video acts as proof of damage and is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your product meets the above criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Record an unboxing video as you open the package.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product.

  3. Email us at customer.innovivahome@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  4. Include your order number, contact details, the unboxing video, and images.

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for wrong product choices, change of mind, or product usage dissatisfaction.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging for return approval.

  • Shipping costs for return/exchange (if applicable) will be communicated after review.
